 Tile Cleaning

We have found that steam is the BEST way to clean tile & grout. Our technician applies a gentle cleanser to loosen soil on tile & grout. We then use a combination of steam, controlled pressure and suction to lift away the soil. If necessary, we scrub grout lines.

Grout Sealing

After cleaning, our technician reseals grout with a high-quality, permeable sealer. This keeps spills and stains from penetrating the surface, while allowing the grout to breathe. Our high-quality sealer is good for 2-3 years, depending on traffic.

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and lossen traffic area soil and lighter spots. Special solutions that are made for specific spots are applied to each spot to break it down and prepare it for extraction.

Van Powered Hot Water Extraction

 We run no solutions or chemicals through your carpet at this point, which means there is nothing for the dirt to stick to leaving your carpet cleaner longer. We heat up the water to 180 degrees. The hot water is flushed through the pile and immediately extracted with the powerful vacuum of our state-of-the-art BUTLER #1 van powered machinery. Your carpets will be cleaned down to the base and will also remove deep down bacteria, pollens, and chemicals. We recover 98% of water used to clean your carpet. Drying time is never a problem because most carpets will be dry to the touch within a few hours and totally dry within 3 hours.

 Carpet Protection

Benefits of protectors. The average carpet is replaced every 12 years even though it begins to show signs of poor care within only 5 years. The industry refers to this as "Ugling Out vs. Wearing Out". This condition typically hits heavy use areas called traffic areas first, causing carpet in these areas to look dull and dirty. Today's lighter carpets need professional care to keep them looking great until they truly wear out. To understand what happens to make a carpet look dull and dirty even when you take good care of them, you need to know a little about how carpets are made. Most carpets are made of nylon. That means that your carpet started out as a pile of little plastic beads. After the beads were melted down and drawn into thin strands the fibers were dyed to the basic shade your carpet is today. then the fibers were dipped into another batch of dye-this one a special clear dye designed to fill in any open areas of the fiber that the colored dye didn't penetrate. The colorless dye is what makes your carpeting Stain Resistant. Just before your carpet left the mill it was treated once more, this time with a carpet protector like Scotchgard- your carpet's final line of defense. The only problem with the carpet mill's protection is that after time and traffic it wears away. That's when we will apply carpet protection.
